- Day in the Minho region, in Northern Portugal, with stop in the Baroque Sanctuary of Bom Jesus do Monte em Braga, visit to the city of Guimaraes, cradle of Portuguese Monarchy, and visit to cheese producers in Penafel
- Visit to the city of Coimbra, with its ancient university located on the top of a hill
- Visit to the Sanctuary in Fatima, where the Virgin Mary appeared in 1917
- Visit to the Monastery of Batalha, in late gothic portuguese style
- Day in Lisbon, visit to the city and then excursion to the charming Sintra, favourite summer residence of portugues nobles; in late afternoon, wine tasting in a local winery
- Day in Cordoba, with lunch and dinner in top restaurants to apreciate the best of local cuisine
- Visit to Ronda, in the Andalucia region, with its ancient monuments and the spectaculs 100 mt deep canyon
- Visit to the Wine Museum in Malaga or in alternative to one producer of sherry, with sherry tasting
- Visit to Granada and Lorca
- Day in the wine region of Utiel- Requena, close to Valencia, visit to wine cellar and wine tasting
- Day in the wine region of Bullas, in the Murcia region, with tasting of local wines and goat cheese
